I was born in Albania, and currently live and work in Tirana for Transparency International Albania. I research and coordinate a project which measures the progress of anti-corruption efforts in the Judiciary, Public Administration and the Parliament. This research is conducted based on indicators. I am also lecturer of Legal issues of Informatics in the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy and Informatics as well as assistant professor of EU Law, at the Faculty of Law. I graduated in law and completed my Master studies in European and International Law at the University of Amsterdam, School of Law. Most of my research has been directed towards Transitional Justice and also different aspects of the Western Balkans Integration Process in the European Union, particularly Albania. Another field of interest is human rights and their latest developments. My greatest hobby is sports,  tennis being the favorite.
